Return & Refund Policy

At Arkovis Systems, every computer is carefully assembled, tested, and inspected before it leaves our bench. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Pre-Built Systems
Pre-built systems may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund if:

The system is returned in its original condition.

All included accessories, manuals, and packaging are returned.

The system has not been damaged, modified, or misused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Custom-Built Systems
Custom-built computers are assembled specifically to your requested specifications.
Because of their personalized nature, custom-built systems are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where:

The system arrives damaged during shipping.

The system is defective upon arrival.

We shipped the incorrect product.
If a warranty repair or replacement can resolve the issue, we reserve the right to repair or replace the system before issuing a refund where permitted by law.
Accessories
Unused accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

Unopened or in like-new condition.
-
Returned with all original packaging and included items.
Opened or used accessories may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives with visible shipping damage:

Take photos of the package before opening it.

Photograph any damage to the product.

Contact Arkovis Systems within 48 hours of delivery.
This helps us work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Defective Products
If your product develops a defect covered under warranty, please contact us before sending anything back.
We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and determine whether a repair, replacement, or other solution is appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless required by law:

Downloadable digital products

Gift cards (if offered)
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before components have been ordered or assembly has begun.

Once parts have been ordered specifically for a custom build, cancellation requests may be subject to supplier restocking fees or may not be possible.
