Arkovis Systems builds, sells, and services custom and pre-built computer systems, workstations, AI compute systems, and related accessories.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Custom-built systems are assembled specifically for each customer after an order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

While we strive to keep pricing accurate, component costs can change quickly. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled.

Quotes for custom systems are valid for the period specified in the quote unless otherwise stated.

​

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our approved payment providers.

If financing options such as Affirm or Klarna are used, your financing agreement is between you and the financing provider. Arkovis Systems is not responsible for financing decisions or repayment terms.

5. Build Times

Estimated build times may vary depending on component availability, shipping delays, and workload.

​

While we strive to meet estimated completion dates, build times are not guaranteed.

​

Customers will be kept informed of significant delays.

​

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier.

Once an order has been shipped, Arkovis Systems is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and notify us promptly if shipping damage is discovered.

​

7. Returns

Because many systems are custom-built to customer specifications, custom orders may not be eligible for return except where required by law.

​

Standard accessories and non-custom products may be eligible for return if they are unused, in original condition, and returned within the applicable return period.

​

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

​

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by product.

​

Manufacturer warranties apply to many individual components.

If Arkovis Systems provides an additional workmanship warranty, details will be provided with the purchase.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by:

• Physical abuse

• Accidents

• Liquid damage

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Improper use

• Power surges or electrical damage 

 

9. Technical Support

We are happy to assist customers with reasonable technical support related to products purchased from Arkovis Systems.

​

Support does not include software issues unrelated to the original system configuration or damage caused after delivery.

​

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkovis Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

​

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

​

11. Product Images

Product photos are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible.

​

Actual component brands, models, or appearances may vary depending on availability unless specifically listed.

​

Equivalent or better components may occasionally be substituted when necessary.

​

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Arkovis Systems and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law principles.
